Peak Season is upon us and as we enter the peak season period, we have been informed by our carrier partners UPS that peak season surcharges are now in effect. The purpose of the UPS surge emergency fee, is to maintain service reliability and secure the additional resources required to support customers. UPS is implementing the Surge Emergency Fee and Demand Surcharge, which will take effect on 20 September 2026 and will remain in place until 6 February 2027.
